There will be no Integral Hatha Yoga classes from the 13th February until the 11th of March.
All the yoga teachers are going on a pilgrimage around India and attending the Yoga convention in Rishishikesh.
But Sharon will be continuing her classes on the Monday during this period.
Sorry for the inconvenience but the teachers will be brighter and wiser on their return.
